On Site Photography Pricing

Session Prices:

Photography Session in a location of your choice. (We have location suggestions based on the type of session you are booking).
Session plus Booking fee: $100.00 (up to 2 hours), non-refundable, paid at time of booking.
Session is photographer's time and talent only. Any additional charges for props, location rental fees and travel expenses will be quoted and added to the session fee.
Additional time on site is $50.00 per hour.
Unlimited wardrobe changes.
The session prices include up to five people. Contact me for groups larger than five and or if you would like to include your pets. No problem, but may require additional photography equipment, photography assistants and may increase the total price.

Session Packages:

All images are delivered on a USB Drive and are High Resolution JPG files, post edited for clarity and color correction.

5 images on a USB Drive - $100.00 - minimum purchase
10 images on a USB Drive - $200.00
20 images on a USB Drive - $400.00
25 images on a USB Drive - $500.00

Each additional image on a USB Drive over 25 images is $20.00 each.

Prints may be ordered from my website or from a print processor of your choice using the High Resolution JPG images from your USB Drive.

Victor Youngblood Photography retains copyrights to all images. All images purchased in this package may be printed and or posted on the internet for personal use only. Selling the images is not allowed.

We charge a $50.00 fee for optimizing your selected purchased images for the web, social media sites like Facebook, etc.

Wedding Photography Packages

Basic Wedding Photography Package:

Basic Wedding Package is $1,200.00. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due prior to or upon arrival to photograph the wedding.
Wedding and Reception coverage. We arrive about an hour and a half before the wedding to setup and photograph pre-wedding events. Total coverage time is 3 to 5 hours. Additional coverage will be $50.00 per hour up to 8 hours of total coverage.
One USB Drive with approximately 30 to 40 High Resolution JPG Images. The images will be indexed so they may be viewed in order from the beginning of the wedding coverage to the end of the coverage. The indexing will allow the images to be viewed by most popular computer slide show programs.
Custom slide shows and image indexing is available at an additional charge.
Additional JPG images over 40 may be purchased at $10.00 per image.
All images purchased will be High Resolution JPG, post edited for clarity and color correction.
Prints may be ordered from my website or from a print processor of your choice using the High Resolution JPG images from your USB Drive.
The client is responsible for special backdrops props and location rental fees. The client is also responsible for travel and living expenses for out of area wedding or photographing locations.

Traditional Wedding Photography Package:

Traditional Wedding Package is $2,100.00. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due prior to or upon arrival to photograph the wedding.
Wedding and Reception coverage. We arrive about an hour and a half before the wedding to setup and photograph pre-wedding events. Total coverage time is 5 to 8 hours. Additional coverage will be $100.00 per hour up to 12 total hours. If additional time over 12 hours is requested or required please contact me for special pricing. We will work with you on any special requests you may have.
One USB Drive with approximately 80 to 100 High Resolution JPG Images. The images will be indexed so they may be viewed in order from the beginning of the Wedding coverage to the end of the coverage. The indexing will allow the images to be viewed by most popular computer slide show programs.
Additional JPG images over 100 may be purchased at $10.00 per image.
All images purchased will be High Resolution JPG, post edited for clarity and color correction.

Additionally, the Traditional Wedding Package include 8 each 8X10 prints, 4 each 11X14 prints and 1 each 16X20 Canvas Gallery Wrap. These orders are place with me so I may personally review and approve what we receive from our print processor. All other prints may be ordered from my website or a print processor of your choice using the JPG images on your USB Drive.

Elegance Wedding Photography Package:

Our Elegance Wedding Photography Package is a custom Wedding Photographic Documentary designed around the client's special requests and desires. The Elegance Wedding Package pricing starts at $2,800.00.

Documenting a wedding, and the emotions surrounding it, is a true challenge. We start the process with pre-wedding meetings to insure that Victor Youngblood Photography is prepared to capture all of the special moments you are wanting plus many more that you may not be expecting.

A few days prior to the event, we visit the wedding site during the same time of day of the wedding so we can study the physical building and or grounds, how the surroundings and the ambient light can best be utilized in our photography. The site visit allows us to be prepared with the correct photographic equipment, additional photographers, assistances and other essentials which will be required to cover the event. We attend and "candidly" photograph the wedding rehearsal. A lot of fun pictures comes from the rehearsal and also help us prepare for the wedding shoot.

When the bride and groom view their wedding pictures for the first time, many of the most emotional pictures are the ones that are not planned. Pre planning the wedding shoot, being organized and prepared allows the time for us to capture those special, spontaneous moments that will become the most cherished photographs of your wedding.
